In this video we talked about the most important kicking drill for beginners to learn swimming. Leg kick plays a key role in swimming. Kicking gives you propulsion and lift your body, initiates body roll and help you go forward without any jerk or breaks.

In order to develop efficient kicking, we must practice kicking drills. In this video we are talking about surf board kicking dirll.

In this drill, you place your arms on board and start kicking. There is no need for larger kick movements, Just 5 to 6 inches of flutter kick works best
Keep your body stragith, Kick with your thighs, toes pointed and breathe time to time as needed.

This drill will help you develop efficient kicking technique and you feel improvement in your swimming technique later on.
